Returns & Refunds

Thank you for supporting my work.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted in my Stockholm studio using vintage, reclaimed, and thoughtfully sourced textiles. I hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, I'm here to help.

Returns

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email studio@eleonorgeliart.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, I will provide instructions for completing the return. Where applicable, a return shipping label will also be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact me as soon as possible at studio@eleonorgeliart.com so I can make it right.

Custom Orders & Exceptions

Because many of my pieces are created especially for each collector, certain items cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have any questions before purchasing, you're always welcome to get in touch. I'm happy to help you choose the piece that's right for you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact me first. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the piece and its condition upon return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
